Rams keep Atogwe

Veteran safety resigns. Healthy, Atogwe is a fine safety. he can tackle and he can get to the ball. Injuries slowed him last year, but in 2008 he was outstanding. The Rams didn't need to have to fill his hole with some C-level free agent. They have too many other openings. A good move for St. Louis.
